Assembly Plant Record (Back side). The car was sent to the Ford Rotunda for display purposes on 05/02/40 (see note on the front of the APR). On 05/17/40 the car was returned to the Lincoln plant to repair the top and returned to the Rotunda on 5/20/40. On 06/17/40 the car was returned to the Lincoln plant for an unspecified reason and returned to the Rotunda on 06/20/40, which conflicts with the Shipping Date reported on the front of the APR of 06/18/40.
